Gruyere

Selain terkenal dengan jajaran pegunungan alpennya, swiss juga negara yang terkenal dengan cokelat dan kejunya. Gruyere adalah salah satu distrik di Kanton (propinsi) Fribourg di Swiss yang terkenal dengan pembuatan kejunya, sekaligus dijadikan nama keju yang terkenal itu. La Maison du Gruyere (Demonstration Cheese-Dairy), adalah nama tempat di Gruyere yang membuat bakalan membuat rasa penasaran kita tentang bagaimana proses pembuatan keju. Untuk masuk ke dalam La Maison du Gruyere ini, kita cukup membayar tiket 7 CHF (Swiss Frank) atau sekitar 4,7 euro plus diberi keju untuk kita cicipi sambil menghilangkan rasa penasaran kita bagaimana membuat keju disini.
